Francesco in Florence/Tuscany was a wonderful tour guide.He was reliable and knowledgable and shared many interesting facts about the history of the regions and life in Italy that you can´t always get from a tour or a guide book. He was safe driver, very courteous, and had a true love for their country, which made the trip interesting and enjoyable.
Francesco will let you set the schedule, but his advice and suggestions are invaluable.

My two teens and I had a wonderful day tour of Florence and Pisa . Our driver was Francesco and he had so much knowledge of our sites. He was friendly, prompt, and made sure we saw everything we paid for.
I would recommend this company.

On a recent cruise to the Mediterranean we decided for our shore excursions since we wanted private tours for the 5 of us .In Florence we had Francesco pick us up at the pier, he was on time and waiting when we got off the ship. His knowledge of the area and the tour he offered us was the best, we were at the tower of Pisa long before the crowds, then we had a tour of Florence and ended with a private lunch and wine tasting experience in the Tuscany region. The food and the area was great.
I highly reccomend this company!!!!

We were met as arranged at the Port by our driver and guide,Francesco.
He was very friendly and spoke excellent English. As a Florentine his knowledge of Florence, Pisa and Tuscany was second to none. Throughout the day we were able to decide what we would like to see and everything was exceptionally well organised allowing us to get to the front of an exceptionally long que at the Academia.
In the afternoon were were taken to a vineyard in the Tuscan countryside, Fattoria di Montecchio. With Arianna we were given a tour of the wine making operation, the cellar and sampled the wines and local food - the high spot of our entire trip as this was a taste of the real Italy.
This was really a tailor made package which is worth every penny. I will book again when I Return to Italy.

Our family of four travelled on a Royal Caribbean Western Mediterranean Cruise in August of 2011.This was our first time in Europe and we were so happy .
Our first excursion was from the Livorno Port where we booked a Pisa and Florence Tour. Our driver,Francesco, was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship. The van was very comfortable but the biggest plus was the air conditioning as it was a very hot day. Our first stop was Pisa, Francesco was able to park the van steps away from the tower. Because this was our first stop there were not many people around and we were able to get amazing pictures. Tour buses are not allowed to park close to the tower so a long walk would have been required. When we returned to the car he had water for us - what a nice surprise!
Our next stop for Florence, because we were in a van we were able to see part of Florence that a tour bus would not be able to get to.
We asked Francesco for a lunch recommendation away from the tourist area and he suggested a trip to a Tuscany Winery -Fattoria di Montecchio,where we met our guide , Arianna. We agreed and he booked a tour of the winery and a lunch and wine tasting.
What an experience to drive to this winery!!!, tour and have the most amazing private lunch.
It was so peaceful and the food was so delicious and fresh.We then headed back to the ship (on time!!)

Was absolutely wonderful!!!! There were just 8 people in our vans. Our guide was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and had a good sense of humor.

I just wanted to say Thank you for arranging our tour on the 13 August 2011 with Francesco, meeting us at Livorno.
We had a great day with him and thoroughly enjoyed his humor and all the knowledge he shared with us.
He really went out of his way to make it very pleasant for us. Our highlight was the wine tasting in Tuscany where we all just let our hair down and really enjoyed ourselves! ( I am sure he will remember us by that day!)

I just wanted to say we had a wonderful experience in meeting you and the professional manner in which you looked after us. In particular that very long day to and from Roma when we were so late and you were so graceful in not hurrying us around.

Amazing Tour with Francesco in Florence area!!!
We are a family of 9 - on a Royal Caribbean Cruise. I was looking for a personalized tour for
Florence -6 of our family members departed our ship to spend a full day touring Florence
and visiting a winery in Tuscany with our driver Francesco. Francesco pre-arranged our entrance to The Michaelangelo David so we only had to wait 5 mins to get in. Francesco was extremely knowledgable and we were able to see all of the main sights in Florence in the morning. He then took us to a private winery 30 mins outside of Florence in the Tuscany region. We were served a delicous lunch (fresh vegetables from their garden, honey produced @ the vineyard, bread, meat, cheeses )as well as their own Chianti wine. Arianna was our hostess/tour guide @ the vineyard and she did a wonderful job.
Everyone agreed it was a fantastic day.

"One of the Highlights of our Mediterranean Family Cruise"
We were a family of 9 cruising the Mediterranean the last week in June 2011. Six family members ( 2 adults and 4 young adults ages 18 to 26) departed the cruise ship... for an amazing day with our private driver Francesco. In the morning, Francesco was waiting for us @ the port - we toured the highlights of Florence - Francesco was extremely knowledgeable and also pre- arranged for us to see Michaelangelo´s David so we only waited about 10 mins. to get in to the Accademia. At lunch time we headed 30 minutes outside of Florence for an spectacular afternoon @ Fattoria di Montecchio. Arianna´s tour of the winery was very informative and she speaks English very well. She adds a nice touch to the amazing ambience of the whole winery.
After the tour, we sat down to a delicous lunch - sampling the vineyards wine, local produce and olive oil and honey that was also produced @ the vineyard. All of us agreed... it was an amazing day made possible by Francesco and Arianna. I also ordered wine and olive oil to be shipped back to the USA. It was very easy to do and the wine arrived 1 week after I arrived home. We have been enjoying it back here in the USA. I would highly recommend you visit this winery for your own private tour, wine sampling and lunch...... and the breath taking views of the Tuscan Chianti Classico region.
